Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic AGM – Finance & Accounts to lead the organization's finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, providing financial leadership, driving business strategy, ensuring statutory compliance, and overseeing financial planning, reporting, and risk management. Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function across the organization.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and all statutory regulations.
- Manage audits and coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Drive cost optimization, profitability analysis, and financial decision-making.
- Monitor working capital, fund management, and banking relationships.
- Support the Managing Director with financial analysis, business strategy, and investment decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
- Experience in handling banking relationships, project finance, and fund management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and corporate governance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, Advanced MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and business acumen.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and drive strategic financial initiatives.
Mandatory: Candidates must have prior experience in the real estate industry.
Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per month
