Roles and Responsibilities :
- Electrical engineering diploma or degree candidate is prefered
- Evaluation of daily complaints from clients and making its proper entry
- getting few complaints resolution on call
- making electricity bill analysis for the clients
- making email communication with vendor companies to get replacement claims for the clients
- Making new client entry in database
- Solving the solar related generation related on call queries of customer
- Any other solar service related issue solving
- Making and arranging solar panel cleaning schedule for technicians
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
