We are looking for an energetic and technically sound Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive growth for our LV and MV electrical services business. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing service business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and promoting electrical maintenance, retrofit, and modernization solutions within industrial and commercial sectors.
The role requires a strong understanding of power distribution systems and the ability to engage with plant heads, facility managers, consultants, EPC contractors, and decision-makers to generate sustainable business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Generate new business opportunities for electrical services including:
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- LV & MV switchgear servicing
- Switchgear retrofit and modernization projects
- Protection relay testing and commissioning
- Transformer health monitoring solutions
- Shutdown maintenance services
- Power quality and energy management solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market mapping, customer visits, networking, and referrals.
- Identify ageing electrical assets and create opportunities for upgrade and modernization projects.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including:
- Facility Managers
- Plant Heads
- Maintenance Managers
- Electrical Consultants
- EPC Contractors
- Procurement Teams
- Conduct regular customer meetings to understand operational challenges and propose value-added solutions.
- Drive customer retention and repeat business through proactive account management.
Marketing & Market Development
- Develop and execute market development plans for targeted industry segments such as manufacturing, healthcare, commercial buildings, data centers, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
- Organize technical presentations, customer engagement programs, seminars, and product awareness sessions.
- Promote PCE Engineering Services’ capabilities as a Schneider Electric EcoXpert Partner.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, case studies, technical brochures, and digital content.
Proposal & Commercial Management
- Coordinate with engineering and service teams for preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Support tendering activities and commercial negotiations.
- Track leads, opportunities, quotations, and order closures.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular business forecasts and market feedback to management.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
