- Quality System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and systems.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor quality technicians and analysts.
- Compliance & Auditing: Conduct audits (ISO 9001, FDA, etc.), ensure compliance with regulations, and manage documentation.
- Inspection & Testing: Oversee inspection of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Corrective Actions: Investigate non-conformance issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and performance, highlighting improvement opportunities
- Experience: Usually 3–5+ years in quality control/assurance, including supervisory experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), MSAGD&T, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competencies: Strong leadership, attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication.
