We are looking for a creative and proactive Short Video Creator and Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating, planning, filming, and editing engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.) while also managing and executing our content strategy to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create short videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Shoot and edit videos with high engagement and storytelling value.
- Develop content strategies that align with BTRAC’s brand goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and academic teams for content ideas.
- Track video performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Stay up-to-date with content trends and video formats in the education/training industry.
- Help plan and schedule content calendar for social media platforms.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in short video creation and digital content strategy.
- Strong skills in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Good sense of visual storytelling and script writing for short formats.
- Ability to shoot using smartphones or basic video equipment.
- Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and content engagement tactics.
- Creativity, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field (not mandatory if skillset is strong).
Experience working with educational or training brands will be an added advantage.
