KG Invicta Services (KGiS) is hiring AR Callers / Sr. AR Callers
We are looking for professionals with 2.5+ years of experience in RCM/AR Calling to join our growing team.
Location: Coimbatore
Shift: Night (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM) | 5 days a week, fixed weekly offs
Education: Any Graduate
What you’ll do:
- Call insurance companies to obtain claim status
- Analyze denial reasons and take corrective actions
- Work on denial management and prepare appeal packages
- Perform claim status checks through insurance web portals
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the Radiology specialty
- Knowledge of appeals and denial handling
- Familiarity with ECW (eClinicalWorks) – added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
