Full Job Description
- Making out-bound calls explaining about company, various services provided, admission criteria, availability of seats for courses, colleges & universities
- Receiving incoming enquiries from prospective students & their parents regarding admissions.
- Understanding customer needs thereby to provide appropriate solutions
- Refer or assign students to respective counsellors for further assistance
- Must be able to convert leads & referrals into prospective candidates.
- Follow-up on regular basis with potential customers
- Should be well-versed in spoken English, Malayalam languages
- Should have excellent verbal communications & convincing skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
