About the Role:
Raider Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team at our Patna Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to candidates and clients.
- Explain job opportunities and company services clearly.
- Schedule interviews and strictly maintain follow-ups.
- Maintain call records and update database regularly.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate closures.
Requirements / Eligibility:
- Education: Graduate (Preferred)
- Language Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is an added advantage)
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Experience: Prior telecalling, customer support, or recruitment experience is preferred. (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
