The Collection Executive is responsible for collecting dues from customers and ensuring timely repayment of loans and other outstanding amounts in a multi-state cooperative society. The role includes visiting customers, following up through calls, and maintaining proper records of collections. They must build good relationships with customers while handling collections professionally and politely. The Collection Executive also supports the branch in achieving recovery targets, assists in fieldwork and basic sales activities when required, and reports daily collection status to the branch. A two-wheeler with a valid license, basic communication skills, and field experience are preferred for this role.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
