About the RoleMotion Education is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives / Academic Counselors to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students and parents, managing inbound and outbound leads, explaining our academic programs, and converting inquiries into admissions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls.
- Counsel students regarding NEET, JEE, Foundation, MHT-CET, and other academic programs.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, fee structure, scholarship opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate student walk-ins and counseling sessions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until admission closure.
- Accurately update all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and calling targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Academic Counseling, Customer Support, or Education Sales will be preferred.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-focused approach with active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
