- Coordinating shipment bookings with courier partners and branch teams.
- Ensuring timely pickups and deliveries within defined TAT.
- Monitor shipment tracking, resolve transit-related issues, and follow up on delayed deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage POD documentation, courier billing verification, and maintain accurate operational records and MIS reports.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews, monitor service quality, and implement corrective actions for delayed shipments through RCA analysis.
- Analyse courier expenses, identify cost optimization opportunities, and support overall logistics and operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
