We are seeking a talented UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our team at Lyzoo Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience. As a UI/UX Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our development team to translate concepts into intuitive and engaging interfaces across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
