Job Summary
CARELY is hiringTele Nurses for post-discharge/ OPD consultation patient care services. The role involves patient onboarding in the Carely application portal, scheduling condition-based templates, daily follow-up calls, alert handling, clinical coordination & escalation, and subscription renewal counselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard patients using discharge summaries
- Handle patient alerts and follow-ups
- Make scheduled daily calls to patients/attendants
- Coordinate with hospital doctors for clinical or emergency escalation
- Counsel patients for subscription renewals
- Maintain call logs and reports using MS Excel and other CRM based applications
Eligibility
- Qualification: ANM / GNM Nursing (Mandatory)
- Experience: 1–2 years in hospital / tele-nursing / patient counselling preferred
- Skills: MS Excel (Mandatory); calling CRM based apps knowledge preferred
- Languages: , English & Hindi, Marathi

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
