Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Effective Promotion of company’s products to achieve the Sales Budgets assigned to your territory.
- Implementing market & business strategy designed by the management.
- Providing feedback on Company’s & Competitors products to the Product Management team.
- Identifying Potential markets and Potential Customers in various markets within your territory.
- Managing Stockiest and C&F Achieving Dr. Call Average of 10+1 per day, MCR coverage of 95% and above.
- Chemist Call Average of Minimum 5 per day.
- Personal Order Booking to ensure availability of products to cater to Rx demands.
- Conducting symposiums, seminars & Doctor’s group meetings.
- Participation in all Cycle Briefing Meets and any other meetings called for by the company.
- Daily Work Planning and Submission and Daily Call Reporting in PHYZII tool.
- You will achieve and surpass the budgeted YPM for your territory from time to time.
- Timely Submission of Expense Statement
