Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Marketing Intern to support our Human Resources and Marketing teams. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time HR operations and marketing activities, providing valuable industry experience in a professional environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, screening, coordination)
- Support onboarding and documentation of new hires and interns
- Maintain HR records, reports, and employee data
- Assist in HR operations such as attendance tracking and coordination
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Support digital marketing activities (social media, content posting, basic promotions)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Help in lead generation and outreach activities
- Prepare basic marketing reports and presentations
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
