Job Description: Project Coordinator – Fit-Out & DevelopmentRole Overview
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end coordination across Design, Procurement, and Development teams for fit-out projects under execution. The role ensures timely delivery, seamless communication, and proactive risk management, while providing regular, structured updates to management.
Key Responsibilities1. Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the central point of coordination between:
- Design Team
- Procurement Team
- Development / Execution Team
- Ensure alignment on timelines, specifications, and dependencies
- Drive weekly coordination meetings and track action items
2. Project Tracking & Monitoring
Maintain project trackers covering:
- Progress vs plan
- Milestones and timelines
- Resource allocation
- Monitor multiple fit-out projects simultaneously
3. Risk & Delay Management
- Identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks proactively
- Escalate issues to management with clear impact analysis and mitigation plans
- Ensure timely resolution through follow-ups with stakeholders
4. Procurement & Design Alignment
- Track material approvals, BOQs, and procurement timelines
- Ensure design finalization aligns with procurement and execution schedules
- Highlight gaps between design intent vs site realities
5. Handover & Timeline Management
- Track handover schedules for all projects
- Ensure readiness across:
- Fit-out completion
- Snag closure
- Compliance checks
- Coordinate for timely and smooth client handovers
6. Reporting to Management
- Prepare and present structured weekly reports covering:
- Project progress
- Delays and risks
- Resource gaps
- Upcoming milestones
- Provide clear visibility and actionable insights to leadership

Skills & Competencies

Experience & Qualification
- 2–6 years of experience in:
- Real estate / construction / fit-out / project coordination
- Familiarity with BOQs, fit-out processes, and vendor coordination preferred
- Proficiency in Excel / project tracking tools
