Job Summary
The Tube Machine Filling Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, monitoring, and maintaining tube filling machines used for cosmetic products such as creams, gels, lotions, ointments, face wash, and other personal care products. The operator ensures smooth production while maintaining quality, safety, and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor tube filling and sealing machines.
- Perform machine setup, changeover, and adjustments as per production requirements.
- Ensure correct filling quantity, sealing quality, batch coding, and packaging standards.
- Conduct line clearance before and after production.
- Follow approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and SOPs.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of machines and equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and report any breakdowns or abnormalities.
- Coordinate with QA and Maintenance teams for quality and technical issues.
- Minimize product wastage and machine downtime.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Maintain production records and daily machine logbooks.
- Assist in preventive maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / 10+2 or equivalent.
- Technical knowledge of tube filling and sealing machines.
- Basic understanding of GMP and cosmetic manufacturing practices.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or personal care manufacturing.
- Experience in operating aluminum, laminate, or plastic tube filling machines preferred.
Skills Required
- Machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of production processes.

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
