Sparsh Health Hub is looking for a professional, organized, and responsible Receptionist (Admin & Accounts) to manage front desk operations along with basic administrative and accounting responsibilities.
We are seeking candidates with prior experience in the healthcare sector, clinic, or day care hospital environment who can efficiently handle patient coordination, administrative work, and billing processes.
Position Details
- Designation: Receptionist (Admin & Accounts)
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
- Industry Preference: Healthcare sector, clinic, or day care hospital
- Preferred Candidates: Male or Female
- Location Preference: Candidates currently residing in Alwar will be preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and patient registration
- Handle appointments, calls, and patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Prepare bills, receipts, and basic account entries
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff
- Handle daily administrative tasks and reporting
- Maintain professional communication with patients and visitors
- Ensure smooth patient flow and front office management
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare setup
- Basic knowledge of billing, accounts, and computer operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
