Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 4-7 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute construction projects as per design and specifications.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and manage project budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Ensure safety and compliance with building regulations and codes.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and materials.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Job Title 2: MEP Engineer / MEP Coordinator
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering with MEP knowledge or specialization
Experience: 4-7 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
- Review MEP drawings and coordinate with civil and architectural teams.
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Monitor progress and troubleshoot MEP site issues.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors for MEP works.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on MEP activities and updates.
Key Skills
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with MEP coordination tools (e.g., Revit MEP, Navisworks).
- Basic knowledge of electrical loads, piping layouts, and duct design.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
