Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Nakodar. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting HR management initiatives. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with company policies, facilitating recruitment processes, overseeing onboarding and training programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) principles
- Strong skills in HR Operations and the implementation of HR Policies
- Experience in managing Employee Relations and addressing employee concerns effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain strict confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
- Commuting assistance provided daily from model town jalandhar to factory

Pay: ₹10,819.61 - ₹33,135.31 per month
