Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily fresh inquiries and follow-up calls to convert leads into enrollments
Attend and manage walk-in students, provide proper counseling, and guide them on suitable courses
Drive student enrollments by clearly explaining course benefits, career opportunities, and fee structures
Manage sales activities including fresh leads and recovery/re-engagement leads as per targets and seasonal demand
Conduct regular market analysis to track trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences
Adapt and update sales strategies based on market insights and feedback
Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities for lead generation and brand visibility (situational)
Maintain accurate lead data, follow-ups, and conversion tracking in the system
