We are in look-out for Marketing Executive in a renowned medical institute located in Bengaluru Rural, details of which are as following:
Job Position : Marketing Executive.
Location : Bengaluru Rural (Hoskote).
Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant experience.
Compensation : Commensurate with qualification and experience.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Explore and identify new potential territories to expand Hospital business markets in the allocated region.
- Responsible for the corporate marketing team and sales to develop the sales strategy for the hospital in order to achieve the revenue targets.
- Recall potential patients / customers and leverage the hospital brand.
- Identify new markets, new engagements, new specialities and ways to drive future business.
- Identify key sources of business and transaction / allocation of targets to the sources i.e., doctor marketing / referrals.
- Coordinate with the COO for all marketing and branding activities. Provide inputs to the corporate sales to further enhance the impact of marketing initiates.
- Master Doctors Data Management to be maintained.
- Active referral doctors effective coverage.
- Executive Planners followed to convert referral doctors.
- Conceptualize and implement various direct sales initiatives to reach customers directly.
- Analyse advertising and marketing spending to ensure marketing budgets are utilized effectively.
