Key Responsibilities
1. Outlet Visits & Audits
- Conduct daily visits to assigned outlets as per the defined route plan.
- Conduct regular outlet audits covering stock, menu listings, hygiene, visibility, and overall execution.
- Build strong working relationships with outlet managers and staff.
- Identify and report outlet-level issues and opportunities.
2. Stock & Menu Management
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure availability of Red Rhino products.
- Identify and report potential stock-outs and replenishment requirements.
- Ensure Red Rhino beers are correctly listed on outlet menus with accurate pricing and product details.
- Ensure agreed brand visibility and POS materials are maintained.
3. Beer Quality & Hygiene
- Check beer pouring, temperature, taste, and overall quality at outlets.
- Monitor cleanliness of taps, beer lines, drip trays, glassware, and dispensing areas.
- Coordinate with technicians to resolve pouring, tap, chiller, and beer-line issues.
- Escalate recurring or serious quality issues to the On-Premise Manager / relevant team.
4. Outlet Issue Resolution
- Resolve smaller day-to-day outlet issues wherever possible.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Dispatch, Brewery, and QC teams when required.
- Follow up on issues until closure and escalate matters requiring managerial intervention.
5. Reporting
- Submit daily outlet visit reports to the On-Premise Manager / Sales Head.
- Report on stock, menu listings, hygiene, beer quality, technical issues, competitor activity, and outlet feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, issues, and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in FMCG, beverages, hospitality, or related industries.
- Freshers with strong communication and field execution skills may be considered.
- Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable with daily travel and field work.
- Basic knowledge of beer, draft systems, or hospitality operations is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
