Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – ElectronicsJob Summary
We are seeking a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Electronics to support wire harness assembly, soldering, and electrical testing activities. The candidate will contribute to the development of electronic devices, wire harnesses, troubleshooting, and system integration while ensuring proper testing, assembly, connectivity, and quality of electronic and electrical systems in compliance with technical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating circuit schematics.
- Support firmware development and board bring-up for microcontrollers such as ARM Cortex-M and STM32.
- Perform incoming material inspections and evaluate electronic components for compliance with technical requirements.
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation.
- Test, debug, and validate electronic systems and prototypes.
- Perform manual soldering of wires, connectors, and electronic components during prototype development.
- Crimp terminals and connectors using standard crimping tools.
- Conduct continuity, earthing, insulation, and functional testing of wire harnesses.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair electronic hardware issues.
- Use test equipment such as Multimeters, CROs (Cathode Ray Oscilloscopes), and continuity testers.
- Follow work instructions, wiring standards, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and test records.
- Support wire harness manufacturing, installation, quality inspections, and rework activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production Engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Knowledge of electronic and electrical components, their applications, and standard symbols.
- Basic understanding of power electronics and control systems.
- Familiarity with electronic testing, troubleshooting, and assembly practices will be an added advantage.

Preferred Profile

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
