Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Factory Floor Manager with 2–3 years of experience in the modular kitchen or furniture manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily factory operations, managing workers, ensuring production targets, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily factory floor operations and production activities.
· Ensure timely completion of modular kitchen and furniture production.
· Manage carpenters, machine operators, and factory staff.
· Maintain quality standards and reduce material wastage.
· Coordinate with design and project teams for production planning.
· Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate for procurement.
· Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
· Maintain safety standards and discipline on the factory floor.
Required Skills:
· Knowledge of modular kitchen production and furniture manufacturing process.
· Understanding of plywood, hardware fittings, laminates, and edge banding.
· Basic knowledge of factory planning and workflow management.
· Leadership and team handling skills.
· Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· 2–3 years of experience in modular kitchen or furniture manufacturing.
· Ability to handle factory workers efficiently.
· Target-oriented and quality-focused mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
