Job Title: Social Media Executive
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing our online communities, and analyzing performance metrics to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, to align with broader marketing goals.
- Content Creation: Brainstorm, create, and curate high-quality, engaging content (graphics, copy, short-form videos/Reels tailored to each specific platform.
- Community Management: Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments/messages promptly, and foster an active, positive community around our brand.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions) using platform analytics tools to optimize future strategies.
- Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry news to ensure our brand remains relevant and ahead of the curve.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating past social media campaigns, content creation (graphics/videos), or copywriting examples.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of major social media platforms, their specific algorithms, and best practices.
- Tools: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and design/video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail. Strong creative thinking backed by analytical skills to interpret data.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred (but relevant experience speaks volumes!).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
