Position Summary
Star Properties & Realty is seeking energetic and target-driven Field Marketing Executives to promote real estate projects, generate leads, build customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving business goals. The role involves direct interaction with prospective customers, conducting promotional activities, and representing the company in the field.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Identify and generate potential customer leads through field activities.
- Promote residential plots, villas, apartments, and other real estate projects.
- Conduct door-to-door marketing, leaflet distribution, and outdoor promotional campaigns.
- Collect customer information and maintain accurate lead records.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for interested customers.
Marketing Activities
- Participate in exhibitions, property expos, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Set up marketing kiosks and promotional stalls in strategic locations.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Increase brand awareness and visibility for company projects.
Customer Relationship Management
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversions.
- Address customer queries professionally and promptly.
Market Research
- Gather information on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular feedback and market insights to management.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and target areas.
Reporting
- Submit daily activity reports and lead generation reports.
- Track marketing performance and customer responses.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits and promotional activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Higher Secondary, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler license preferred.
