Field Service Technician – Automation Systems Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a Field Service Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hotel automation systems at client locations. The role requires frequent travel to customer sites and hands-on technical work. Responsibilities - Install and activate automation systems at client sites. - Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. - Install and test controllers, automation boxes, and related equipment. - Perform LAN/CAT6 cable routing, crimping, and network testing. - Configure software and verify system operation. - Coordinate with clients during installation and service visits. - Prepare service reports after each visit. - Ensure work is completed according to company standards and safety procedures. Requirements - ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Hardware, or a related field. - Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and networking. - Willingness to travel extensively for field work. - Good troubleshooting and communication skills. - Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
