- Conduct visual acuity tests, refraction, and subjective correction.
- Use equipment like auto-refractor, keratometry, tonometer, and slit lamp.
- Perform tests such as OCT, FFA, HVF, corneal topography, etc.
- Assist in pre-operative evaluations for cataract, LASIK, and retina surgeries.
- Counsel patients regarding vision correction, spectacle choices, and contact lenses.
- Coordinate with consultants for patient workups and reports.
- Maintain clean, calibrated diagnostic equipment.
- Record and document all test findings accurately in patient EMRs.
- Assist in outreach eye camps and corporate screenings when required.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor or Diploma in Optometry (B.Optom/D.Optom).
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred, freshers with clinical training can also apply.
- Skills:
- Clinical precision and use of modern diagnostic tools.
- Good patient counseling and coordination.
- Familiarity with EMR software and optical measurements.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
