Key Responsibilities
· Booking & Execution
o Place bookings with shipping lines/NVOCCs and airlines as per shipment requirements
o Plan routing, transit time, and service selection aligned with customer needs
· Documentation & Compliance
o Submit VGM (Verified Gross Mass) and Shipping Instructions (SI) within cut-offs
o Coordinate with CHA for customs documentation, checklist preparation, and clearance
o Ensure adherence to regulatory and export/import compliance norms
· First Mile & Transport Coordination
o Arrange pickups and coordinate with transporters for movement to CFS, port, or airport
o Monitor cargo movement to ensure timely gate-in and avoid rollovers
· Stakeholder Management
o Liaise proactively with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and CHA
o Provide timely updates, resolve operational issues, and maintain service quality
· End-to-End Shipment Handling
o Oversee shipments from booking to final delivery
o Track milestones, manage exceptions, and ensure documentation closure
· Service Excellence
o Maintain high responsiveness and accuracy in communication
o Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving
· Commercial Support (Preferred)
o Ability to prepare freight quotations (air/sea) considering routing, cost components, and margins
Key Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations (air & sea)
· Understanding of customs clearance procedures and documentation
· Familiarity with CFS/Port/Airport operations and cut-offs
· Excellent coordination, communication, and multitasking ability
· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
