We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in handling turnkey and modular interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site coordination skills, and preferably a Civil Engineering background.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for turnkey and modular interior projects.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor material usage and control site wastage.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed as per company guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure safety compliance and proper site discipline.
- Handle site measurements, BOQ verification, and billing coordination.
- Ensure proper handover of completed projects within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Experience handling turnkey and modular interior projects is mandatory.
- Strong technical understanding of interior detailing, materials, finishes, carpentry, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings (2D/working drawings).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability on-site.
- Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
