Hiring: Burger Chef / Burger Maker
Location: Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram
We are looking for an experienced Burger Chef / Burger Maker to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook burgers with consistency and quality.
- Handle the burger station independently.
- Prepare patties, sauces, toppings, and daily mise en place.
- Maintain food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure proper stock management and portion control.
- Work efficiently during busy service hours.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in burger preparation or fast-food kitchens.
- Knowledge of grilling, smash burgers, burger assembly, and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Candidates from Thiruvananthapuram and nearby areas preferred.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per hour
