Sales Engineer – NDT Division
Purpose of the Role
To develop and grow the NDT business by selling NDT equipment, consumables, accessories, rental solutions, and technical products while building long-term relationships with inspection companies, EPC contractors, fabricators, refineries, and industrial customers.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum
3–5 years industrial technical sales experience
Preferred
4–8 years in one or more of the following domains:

◦ Industrial equipment / automation sales
◦ Welding equipment sales
◦ Process instrumentation or Test & measurement sales

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Preferred
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
Strong Preference
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Note: Level II / III certification is not required at the time of joining. The candidate should have the aptitude and willingness to learn.
NDT Method Awareness
- RT – Radiography Testing
- UT – Ultrasonic Testing
- MPI – Magnetic Particle Inspection
- DPI/PT – Dye Penetrant Inspection
- Eddy Current Testing
- Visual Inspection
Product Knowledge
- UT machines, thickness gauges, hardness testers
- Radiography accessories, IQIs, film processing accessories
- Calibration blocks, MPI equipment, PT consumables
Standards Awareness
- Basic knowledge of ASME, ASTM, ISO, API standards
- Sufficient to discuss customer requirements confidently
Proposal Skills
- Read and interpret customer specifications
- Recommend appropriate products
- Coordinate and prepare technical quotations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Generate NDT equipment, consumable, and rental sales
- Develop distributor network
- Cross-sell to PWHT customers
Product Demonstrations
- Conduct and coordinate product demonstrations
- Support customer trials and vendor demos
Customer Development
- Target NDT service companies, EPC firms, fabricators, refineries, petrochemical plants, and inspection agencies
Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with OEMs for technical support, pricing, and availability
Rental Business
- Promote and grow rental solutions; manage dispatch and returns
Marketing Support
- Deliver product presentations, technical brochures, exhibition participation, and LinkedIn/customer outreach
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
