Amend Dental Centre is looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and proven experience in telecalling, customer support, and handling customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to patient enquiries and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in handling customer concerns and complaint resolution.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is an added advantage).
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
