Handle recruitment and selection of factory workers and staff.
Maintain approved manpower strength and salary structure.
Monitor employee attendance and discipline.
Keep labour absenteeism and attrition below 5%.
Manage statutory and legal compliance, including renewals.
Ensure sufficient tailor availability (5% above requirement).
Supervise hostel and canteen operations and resolve employee grievances.
Maintain hostel occupancy above 95%.
Ensure factory compliance with labour and audit requirements.
Maintain employee personal files with no non-conformities (NCs).
Respond promptly to government and statutory communications.
Monitor health, safety, housekeeping, transport, security, payroll, and recruitment.
Visit factory departments and hostels regularly.
Ensure good canteen feedback (95% satisfaction).
Conduct committee meetings effectively.
Prevent unauthorized money transactions inside the factory.
Fill manpower requirements within 15–30 days.
Resolve employee grievances within the defined turnaround time (TAT
