Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure product quality standards during production.
- Conduct in-process inspections of disposable packaging items (cups, plates, containers, etc.).
- Check raw materials (plastic, paper, chemicals) for compliance with specifications.
- Maintain records of quality checks, test reports, and deviations.
- Implement ISO / GMP / HACCP standards in the production line.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to resolve quality issues quickly.
- Handle customer complaints related to product quality and suggest corrective actions.
- Train workers on hygiene, safety, and quality practices.
- Ensure packaging meets food-grade safety norms and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of packaging materials (plastic, paper, biodegradable disposables).
- Familiarity with quality testing methods (strength, leakage, contamination, durability).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSAI, GMP standards.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to identify defects and root causes.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication with production and management teams.
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability.
- Tools & Software:
- MS Excel / ERP for maintaining records.
- Basic knowledge of lab instruments (micrometer, tensile tester, leakage tester).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
