Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests politely and ensure a pleasant check-in and check-out experience
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations and room allocations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and provide accurate information to guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
- Maintain guest records and update system details accurately
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Follow hotel policies and service standards at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure calmly
- Team player with a positive mindset
Preferred (Optional):
- Experience or training in hospitality or hotel management
- Knowledge of front office software (PMS)
