Key Responsibilities:-
- Create and share proposals, quotations, and offers
- Maintain and update Google Sheets for tracking data, billing, and reports
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and project teams for smooth workflow
- Prepare and manage client bills, invoices, and payment documentation
- Generate and process PI (Proforma Invoice) and PO (Purchase Orders)
- Prepare meeting files, presentations, and required documents
- Ensure accuracy in all commercial documents and records
- Maintain proper documentation and filing (digital & physical)
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of billing and commercial processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Finance (preferred)
- Experience in commercial, billing, or back-office roles (preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
