Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate leads, and support sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Introduce and promote company products/services over the phone.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Answer customer questions and handle objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams as needed.
- Update customer databases regularly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative, or similar role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
