Job Description
NIILM University is seeking a Marketing Executive (Offline Marketing) to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities to support admissions, brand visibility, and institutional outreach. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field marketing, promotions, events, and institutional tie-ups, particularly within the education sector.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in offline / field marketing
- Experience in educational marketing, institutional promotions, or corporate field marketing will be preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for marketing and outreach activities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns for admissions and brand promotion
- Conduct school, college, and institutional visits for student outreach
- Coordinate seminars, career counseling sessions, education fairs, and roadshows
- Manage distribution of marketing materials (brochures, banners, standees, hoardings)
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, coaching institutes, and educational partners
- Support admission team through lead generation and follow-ups
- Prepare activity reports and maintain marketing records
Desirable Skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of the local education market will be an added advantage
Pay Scale
₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
