We are seeking a knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate Logistics Trainer (Faculty) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the next generation of logistics and supply chain professionals. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs covering end-to-end logistics operations, warehouse management, freight forwarding, and supply chain strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging lectures, workshops, and practical training sessions on logistics, supply chain management, inventory control, and transport operations.
- Curriculum Development: Update and design training modules, lesson plans, and teaching materials to align with current industry trends and technologies.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, practical exams, and case studies, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Mentorship: Guide students on career pathways, industry expectations, and project work.
- Industry Integration: Stay updated on global supply chain trends, automation, and logistics software to ensure course content remains relevant.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–4 years of hands-on experience in the logistics industry (e.g., warehousing, freight, custom clearance) or as a trainer/faculty member in a similar domain.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern logistics tools, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software like SAP, or basic inventory tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, public speaking, and classroom management skills. A patient, student-first mentoring approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
