Community Engagement & Outreach
- Conduct structured visits to communities, health camps, or local centers to engage with citizens
- Provide information, clarify doubts, and support awareness around health services or programs of Zydus Hospitals.
- Collect and share feedback from the ground to strengthen program design and delivery
Citizen & Patient Support
- Assist citizens/patients in navigating healthcare services at Zydus Hospitals
- Offer guidance on appointment systems, health benefits, documentation, and procedures
- Handle sensitive or emotionally charged conversations with empathy and professionalism
Relationship Building
- Build rapport and trust with local influencers, community leaders, healthcare workers, and patients.
- Represent the program and organization with integrity and respect
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain structured records of outreach, cases, referrals, and observations.
- Prepare reports using basic Excel functions and PowerPoint presentations.
- Draft professional emails or updates for internal communication.
Travel & Field Coordination
- Travel regularly within and outside assigned districts for fieldwork
- Coordinate field logistics including planning, local liaison, and reporting
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
