Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to identify and engage potential clients.
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with interested clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Confident, self-motivated, and proactive approach to sales.
- Comfortable working in the Night Shift.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
