We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, salary processing, attendance, leave records, probation reviews, and overall HR operations. The candidate should have excellent follow-up skills, a thorough understanding of employee compliances and labour laws, and the ability to ensure smooth workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and performance management systems.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Address grievances, employee concerns, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:-
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 month to 1 year in HR and administrative roles is a must.
