Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect to join our growing team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural design, project management, and team coordination. You will play a key role in leading projects from concept development through to completion, ensuring design excellence and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects from concept to execution.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review and supervise junior architects and design staff.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and project requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Stay updated with current architectural trends, materials, and construction techniques.
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related architectural software.
- Experience in project coordination and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling medium to large-scale architectural projects.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and approval processes.
- Knowledge of additional design software (Revit, Lumion, or similar tools) is an advantage.
