Core Asset is a growing financial services company specializing in home loans. We assist customers in securing home loans against properties they have already purchased, providing end-to-end support throughout the loan process.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer assistance inquiries related to home loans.
- Guide customers through the home loan application process.
- Collect and verify required documents.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing.
- Follow up with customers, CRM & Banker until loan disbursement.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular updates.
Requirements
- Need some what experience in home loans, banking, finance, or sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email,).
- Ability to manage multiple customer cases and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
