Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Engineering Manager to lead teams and manage product development from planning to delivery. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead engineering/product teams.
Handle the complete product lifecycle from idea to delivery.
Define product features and project requirements.
Create project timelines and manage schedules.
Monitor budgets and project progress.
Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Follow Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Support product launches and business goals.
Solve project-related issues and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills
8+ years of industry experience.
Experience in team management and leadership.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Certified Product Manager (CPM) is preferred.
