- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team , including setting KPIs, delegating projects, reviewing deliverables, conducting training sessions, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO Strategies for multiple clients to drive organic traffic, qualified leads, conversions, and business growth.
- Lead Technical SEO initiatives including website audits, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and overall website health optimization.
- Drive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Plan and implement International SEO and Multilingual SEO strategies , including hreflang implementation, localization, country/language targeting, and global keyword research.
- Lead content optimization using SEO best practices and AI-powered tools , ensuring high-quality, search-first content aligned with user intent and E-E-A-T guidelines.
- Leverage SEO and analytics tools including Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Sitebulb, Looker Studio, and AI tools to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and drive data-backed decisions.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) and Local SEO campaigns, including citations, reviews, local landing pages, and location-based search optimization.
- Collaborate with content, design, development, paid marketing, and account management teams while owning client communication, strategy presentations, and ensuring timely delivery of SEO initiatives.
- Monitor SEO performance, stay updated with Google's algorithm updates, AI search trends, and industry best practices, and continuously innovate strategies to maximize client growth and maintain a competitive edge.
Pay: ₹1,750,000.00 - ₹1,950,000.00 per year
