Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Manage office correspondence
- Assist in basic administrative
- Ensure the Office area is clean and organised
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and housekeeping coordination.
- Vendor Management: Handle procurement, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with office vendors.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
- Travel & Accommodation: Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for employees as required.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organising office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain company records, contracts, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- IT & Infrastructure Coordination: Collaborate with IT support to ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
- Employee Support: Assist employees with administrative queries and onboarding formalities.
- Security & Safety: Ensure workplace safety measures and security protocols are in place.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
