Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Drawing Teacher to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various drawing techniques, a strong portfolio, and a talent for communicating complex artistic concepts to students of varying skill levels. You will be responsible for fostering a supportive environment where students can develop their technical abilities and unique artistic voices.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging lesson plans covering fundamental and advanced drawing techniques (e.g., perspective, anatomy, shading, and composition).
- Instruction: Conduct live demonstrations and provide hands-on guidance in mediums such as graphite, charcoal, ink, and pastels.
- Student Assessment: Provide constructive, individualized feedback to help students improve their technical skills and creative expression.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, safe, and inspiring studio environment.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor student development and adjust teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in traditional drawing techniques and a strong grasp of art history and theory.
- Communication: Ability to explain abstract concepts clearly and encourage students through positive reinforcement.
- Portfolio: A professional portfolio demonstrating a high level of skill in drawing.
- Patience & Adaptability: Experience working with different age groups or skill levels is highly preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience teaching in a classroom, workshop.
- Knowledge of drawing tools
- Experience in organizing student art exhibitions or showcases.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
